CDEX is another one of those utility programs that can be used, among other things, to rip music from your CD to your computer.

If you are like me, watching movies is just the bomb! But, navigating the menus of a DVD can be annoying and tedious if you are blind or have limited vision.
However, I have come across a free program that allows me to watch DVD's on my computer. The open source program, is called VLC Media Player, that is very "blind friendly".
